This is a rich and full bodied cider that delivers on powerful autumnal flavours. High Noon is a full strength cider, matured for slightly longer to develop a deeper flavour from the tannins present in more traditional apple varieties.
In the heart of Somerset, on the Isle of Wedmore lies a small orchard of old trees looking across Tealham Moor, a site of special scientific interest. Our traditional apple trees have deep roots into this ancient landscape, which help us produce exceptional cider.
Old Jollop is made by hand and by friends, who came together to produce small batches of cider that is true to Somerset’s cider heritage, whilst delivering a refreshing drink that’s very different from the mass produced alternatives.
